Training Services Overview

Below are the types of paid trainings offered to hosted voice customers.


  • Custom Pre-Install Webinar

    • Live, virtual, custom training session to be completed BEFORE installation (2-5 days is ideal)

  • Post-Activation Q&A Session

    • Live, virtual, designated Q&A session between a trainer and a customer booked in advance.
    • Recommended 2-4 days after activation of the customers Unified Communications Service.
    • NOTE: This is an open Q&A session without an agenda. This is not a training and shouldn't be scheduled instead of a training session.


  1. Download and complete the customer cut sheet form.
  2. The project manager and customer receive a Webex Meetings invite from the B-Lynk trainer.
    • The project manager’s attendance is optional. Tip: B-Lynk recommends that the project manager accept the invite to keep it on their radar, in case of any customer changes.
  3. Check on upcoming installs and communicate any delays to B-Lynk in order to reschedule a training (there is a fee for no shows).

If booking a training session for the first time, click “Create an Account.” Please note that you must have a legitimate training request to schedule in order to create an account. If you’ve booked a training before, you can log in on the “Schedule a New Training Session” or “Manage Existing Schedule” page to place or manage another request.
